Want to support and encourage new planters as a Ministry Coach?
Coaching provides church leaders and planters with support, assistance and accountability. A coach helps a gospel minister develop their church leadership competencies, addresses personal life issues, and provides insights into role navigation in the context of a series of gospel centered conversations. It is a process of imparting encouragement and skills to the leader in order to succeed in leading a growing church.
If you think you might be able to develop skills in coaching, we would like to encourage you to take part in our coach training opportunities.
The training takes place over a series of three sessions. Our next training opportunity is commencing soon in April in Melbourne.
Session A, 6 - 7 April: Initial two day intensive training (9:30am - 4:00pm)
Session B, April - June: 6 x supervised live coaching sessions via Skype
Session C, 8 - 9 June: Final two day intensive training (9:30am - 4:00pm)
Cost: $360 per person. Morning tea and lunch provided.
Location: Ridley College, 170 The Avenue, Parkville
