KEITH LAM, Cantonese Catalyst

Keith is our Cantonese Catalyst. He has a background in planning, architectural design, and construction management in Mainland China and Hong Kong. Furthermore, Keith played a role in establishing companies within the cultural and creative industries.

Keith's connection with Australia began when he and his wife, Kally met in a Melbourne church thirty years ago as a result of the church's commitment to evangelistic work for overseas students. This is the reason why Keith transitioned into Mandarin and Cantonese church ministry when he returned to Melbourne seven years ago.

Recently, he witnessed the impact that Hong Kong’s geopolitical changes has contributed to a significant influx of immigrants and returnees to Australia. This paradigm shift has marked a new stage in the development of church planting in Cantonese churches, which resulted in Keith joining City to City Australia to pursue this vision. Keith and Kally now cherish their family life with two daughters and their beloved dog in Melbourne.
