Redemption Hill is a new church in Green Square. We are all about Jesus everyday. This means we’re not just about Sundays. As a church, we believe Jesus owns the everyday spaces of our lives: where we live, work, share and play. And so, the ordinary, mundane things we do everyday have value, and we do them to the glory of God, for the good of others. We'd love you to join us every Sunday at 10am, Level 4, 184 Bourke Road Alexandria. We welcome everyone, even if you’ve never been to church before. We hope to meet you in person very soon!

In March this year, we are launching a new church in Green Square called Redemption Hill.
The Bible tells us that on the cross on the hill at calvary and when Jesus rose again, He sealed something: the redemption of all things.
Jesus starts with the church.
He moves into the everyday spaces of our lives: where we work, where we live, where we eat and where we play, the ground of our hearts, and he says about all these spaces, “Mine. It’s all mine.”.
But Jesus doesn’t stop there. It’s not just about us.
He goes further into every space of our city, every part that is broken and needs to be put back together, every part that needs to be made new and whole again. Jesus moves into these spaces and He says about all of this, “Mine.”.
At our heart is a vision to see, hear and experience Jesus everyday.
And this vision changes everything.
Because where there was a gap between Sunday and Monday, there isn’t one anymore.
And where there was a gap between the Jesus-part of our lives and the everything-else-part of our lives, there isn’t anymore.
And where there was a gap between what we do in private and what we do in public, there isn’t one anymore.
Instead,
Jesus Everyday means when we say ministry, we don’t just mean the people serving God at church on Sundays, but we mean the people serving God everyday doing everyday things in service to Jesus and for the good of others. They are doing ministry too, just a different kind of ministry. Whatever you’re doing, that is your service to God: your work, your study, as you clean the dishes, change nappies.
Jesus. Everyday. means when we talk about training it's not only training for church things, so we can be more busy at church, but we want to raise up ordinary Christians who are helped and have thought prayerfully in the Spirit what it means to be a Christian in the 95% of their lives they spend outside of church: how do I be a Christian accountant, banker, artist, lawyer, plumber, gardener, chef - how does the gospel shape everything I do.
At Redemption Hill, we want to see whole lives, the whole of Green Square, our whole city renewed in a holistic way: socially, culturally, relationally, physically and spiritually, until Jesus’ song resounds everywhere on earth and His Name is heard in every place.
Until we see everywhere communities of the gospel formed and people of the gospel, following Jesus in the everyday spaces, doing everyday things, like a city on a hill, which screams loudly of Jesus.
And all this for the praise of Jesus and until His glory fills the earth.
Jesus. Everyday.
It’s a captivating vision.
It’s a call to join Jesus in what He is doing in the world today.

Will you pray with us? The Bible says that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us and we have what we asked of Him. And so will you pray with us to see 10,000 people come to sing of Jesus and praise Him?
Will you join us? We’re praying for many more people who will join us and be part of a church that’s not just about Sundays.
Will you support us financially? We’re looking for people who will give generously, sacrificially and joyfully to the great cause of making Jesus known in Green Square and our city.
Will you come and see? On Sunday, 19 March, 10am we will have our public launch, where there will be a church service and a housewarming party afterwards. It will be lots of fun. Come along. Join us. Bring your friends. Spread the word. We’d love to see you there.
There is much ahead of us.
It’s daunting. But it’s also an exciting season as we look forward to seeing God do again and again immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine. We believe that Jesus will keep His promise to build His church and be with us always.
And so, all glory to Jesus.
